Sneat (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black owned company, level 1 B-BBEE company that was founded in 2019 to respond to the needs of small to medium businesses. Small to medium businesses struggle to afford hiring skilled professionals in their business on a full-time  basis due to financial constraints. Majority of these businesses have tried to navigate the difficult waters of being in business without assistance from professional and sadly the statistics have shown a high rate of failure in these businesses.

 Sneat has recruited a pool of experienced professionals in various disciplines to be housed under one umbrella to offer a one stop shop Professional Services package to small and medium size  businesses. When appointing us our clients can be assured to have a meaningful impact in the following disciplines: Financial Management; Legal Support; Sales Marketing & Communication; Production Management; Project Management; Human Resources and Safety in the Workplace.                                                                                                                                                                                             Our business offering includes training and mentoring of small to medium businesses to a stage where that can operate within the Sneat Baseline Operating Standard (our own internal minimum criteria that a business should meet to be on a path of sustainability).
